Group Class

Seattle Music House currently offers semi-private lessons (2-3 students) and small-group lessons (up to 6 students) in piano, violin, cello, guitar, voice, saxophone, clarinet, and drums. Students of all ages are invited to register. Please contact the Director for the class schedule.


  • Course A for Piano/Violin/Cello/Ukulele
    K - 2nd Grade
    This class is designed for children from K - 2nd grade. The course will familiarize students with the instrument and develop the student’s ability to create and express freely at the instrument. The curriculum provides music fundamentals such as note-reading, rhythm, and ear-training through interactive games, fun activities, and ensemble playing. Students will gain confidence with experience performing in front of their peers and parents.
  • Course B for Piano/Violin/Cello/Guitar
    3rd – 5th Grade
    This class is designed for students in grades 3-5. The course will familiarize students with the instrument and develop the student’s ability to create and express freely at the instrument. The curriculum provides music fundamentals such as note-reading, rhythm, and ear-training through interactive games, fun activities and ensemble playing. Students will gain confidence with experience performing in front of their peers and parents.
  • Piano Improvisation Class
    Age 11 to 101
    Do you want to learn how to make your own kind of music on the piano and make it sound good? This class is designed for students and adults from age 11 and up who have some previous piano study. The course will familiarize students with different type of scales, intervals, chord progressions, cadences, and elementary music theory which will help develop the student’s ability to improvise freely at the instrument. Students will gain confidence with experience performing in front of their peers.
